Disappointing Experience Ruined Our Family Trip

We encountered numerous issues during our stay. Waiting over an hour to check in, inadequate room service, and insufficient dining supplies for my children made for a stressful experience. On top of that, the pool towel policy caused inconvenience. Choose carefully if traveling with family.

Family with kids, might want to look elsewhere

The cleaning staff were superb, they really took the time to make the room shine. Also, the hotel had a nice pool area, but it was swarming with families, and it didn’t feel all that relaxing.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but worth considering if you have kids who can enjoy the amenities.

The engaging staff surprised us by accommodating an early check-in and the kids loved the safety features of the pool area, making our family getaway memorable.

I truly loved my stay here, especially enjoying the beautiful Kiara Hill Walk and the convenient access to the Shalini Ganendra Fine Art gallery just a short stroll away, making my city walks absolutely delightful. while the overall experience was good, I did notice some issues with the check-in process that could be improved.

All fine, but congestion in lifts.

There were great relaxation options like the spa treatments and a beautiful garden area. Parking was a bit tight, so I’d recommend arriving early for a smoother check-in! 🌟

The breakfast spread was absolutely superb, with artisan breads that were fresh outta the oven! Plus, shoutout to the pool vibe with the buggy rides – it really gives a chill resort feel. Encik Haziq Amat at the restaurant nailed it with his chicken recommendation, too!

Parking can be a hassle, especially during peak times with loads of family luggage. The breakfast service during busy hours? Major slow vibes. Drinks were empty by 9:30 AM during the weekend. You might need to ask for basics like an iron – feels a bit off.

I was truly impressed by the elegant decoration and spacious layout of M Resort & Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The accessibility features made navigating the hotel easy for me, enhancing my overall comfort during my stay.

Need more seating options in common areas.

The ambiance and family-friendly amenities, especially the pool and kids' club, made for a lovely weekend. However, the check-in process was sluggish and the staff service at times fell short. Dinner was enjoyable, but I expected a more attentive response overall.

I checked into M Resort & Hotel for a short stay. The hotel looked new and had a clean vibe. The staff greeted me warmly. Mr Suraj at reception provided quick assistance, which made my arrival smooth. The room, Superior City View Twin, impressed me with its spacious layout. I found the beds comfortable and enjoyed the attention to cleanliness. The dining experience stood out too. Mr Kana in the restaurant delivered exceptional service during breakfast. They had a good variety of food options, and I loved the Teh tarik. There were some hiccups, like the check-in process. The room wasn’t ready on time, which was frustrating after a long journey. The shared areas could use more seating, especially near the dining area. There was also a lingering smell of smoke in the corridors, which was bothersome. It dampened some of the overall enjoyment of the stay. Despite these issues, I appreciated the low crowd levels during my stay, which allowed for privacy and relaxation. The hotel’s location offered easy access to local attractions.

The service from Mr Suraj was exceptional. he made us feel valued during our stay. Mr Kana's recommendations in the restaurant enhanced our dining experience, making it unforgettable.
